What the 3-Year Tuning Warranty Includes
✦ Tuning stability: if your tuned settings ever become unstable, we fix them free of charge.
✦ Free remote support: our team can connect to your PC through TeamViewer or Windows Quick Assist to solve problems without you leaving home.
✦ Free cleaning: bring your PC in for cleaning at no cost during the warranty period, to keep temperatures low and performance high.
✦ Free customer service: questions about your PC, games or settings, just message us.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Message us on WhatsApp with your invoice number and a short description of the issue.

We try remote support first. Many issues are fixed in minutes.

If it needs hands-on work, bring the PC to our shop and we take it from there.
The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid spills or electrical surges caused by the user. Parts warranty claims for components bought from us are handled together with the manufacturer.

Flat delivery fee on every order.
4 Days
Custom PCs ready after assembly and tuning.
Opening times: Saturday – Thursday, 10:00 – 14:00 and 17:00 – 22:00. Friday closed. Orders placed outside these times go out once we reopen.
Store pickup: you can also collect your order from our shop in Bloq 4 Building, Street 10, Aswaq Al-Qurain.
