Builds & Tuning
How long does a custom PC take?
About 4 days from order, including assembly, BIOS tuning and testing.
What is PC tuning?
Most PCs run on default BIOS settings that leave performance unused. We tune the CPU and memory settings for higher FPS, smoother frame times and lower latency, then stress-test the system so it stays fully stable.
Is tuning safe for my PC?
Yes. Every tuned system is tested for stability before it leaves our shop, and the tuning is covered by our 3-year tuning warranty.
Can you tune or service a PC I didn't buy from you?
Yes. We offer tuning, inspection, deep cleaning and assembly for any desktop PC. See our PC Services.
Warranty & Support
What warranty do I get?
1 year on PC parts ordered from us, and a 3-year tuning warranty that includes free customer service, free remote support and free cleaning. Details on our Warranty & Delivery page.
Do you offer remote support?
Yes. During the warranty our team can connect to your PC through TeamViewer or Windows Quick Assist and fix issues without you visiting the shop.
Orders, Delivery & Payment
How fast is delivery, and how much?
Delivery anywhere in Kuwait within 2 hours during opening times, for 2 KD. You can also pick up from our shop.
Which payment methods do you accept?
KNET, Visa / Mastercard, and installments with Deema.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days with the original invoice. Custom builds can't be returned once assembly has started, except for manufacturing defects. Full details in our Return Policy.
Where is your shop, and when are you open?
Bloq 4 Building, Street 10, Aswaq Al-Qurain. Saturday – Thursday, 10:00 – 14:00 and 17:00 – 22:00. Closed Friday.
